What do android phone users on the forum do to sync multiple TBird Cardbook address books to Android in a useable way?
I have several phone books successfully sync’d to my phone using DAVx5 (formerly DAVDroid) and Nextcloud on a provider server (Woelkli). The DAVx5 Help says it will automatically create a consolidated phone book for use in Android mail apps. However, I don’t see this.
Do others using DAVx5 manually create a consolidated Address Book for use in Android, or is there another solution?
To answer my own question: With multiple addressbooks, TbSync does sync with Nextcloud. DAVx5 on an Android phone syncs to the phone. The Contacts app picks up the address books as a consolidated list of All Contacts without user intervention. However, it is slow (several hours at this point).
