Error: aUrl.trim is not a function (Windows 11)

I’ve been using Cardbook for a number of years and have installed the add-on on our family PC quite a few times. We use the Apple iCloud with a total of three databases for our addresses. I am currently installing a new notebook for myself with Win11. The integration of the above Apple address books does not work:
The address books are properly created and the synchronization seems to start, but there is no result. Looking at the debug log I find the last entry (in red):
“2023.08.26 13:05:48:332 : cardbookSynchronization.syncAccount error : TypeError: aUrl.trim is not a function”
As a reminder: the same address books are synchronized completely error-free on the other two Win10 notebooks.

Hi,

this error persists and that’s a shame. Such an address book entry cannot be deleted either. You have to delete and reinstall the add-in from scratch only to find that it still doesn’t work. Needless to say, I’ve tried a total of three different Apple address books that we have available – all of which sync smoothly on the other Win10-machines
