Contact pane missing in vertical view

      Today, for the first time, I cannot display the contact pane (F8) in vertical view. It shows fine in classic view. How can I get it back?

      I love the vertical contact pane for a quick preview. In classic view the pane shows, but the notes are displayed in a sliding window, which is painful.

      TB 102.15.0 (64-bit), cardbook 86.3
